Francesca Reicherter
Francesca Reicherter is the Founder of Inspiring My Generation, a nonprofit dedicated to mental health
awareness, suicide prevention, and connection. Through the organization, she has led an initiative
donating more than 35,000 handwritten encouragement cards directly to patients in behavioral health
settings. Additionally, Francesca hosts Normalize The Conversation, a podcast featuring more than 275
conversations with clinicians, educators, advocates, and individuals with lived experiences, that brings
diverse perspectives and experiences into one accessible space that educates, challenges stigma, and gives
people language and tools to navigate their emotional well-being.
Francesca also uses her voice as a speaker and storyteller, sharing her own experiences with mental health
to help others feel less alone and create space for more honest conversations. Through keynote speaking,
community events, and mental health education, she brings a personal and compassionate perspective to
conversations around mental health, resilience, and healing. Her experiences have also inspired her to
create accessible resources that extend these conversations beyond the stage, including emotional
wellness workbooks, children’s books, and the Pieces of You emotional wellness board game. Designed
for children, families, schools, and care settings, these resources help people build emotional awareness,
develop the language to express what they are experiencing, and create opportunities for connection. At
the heart of Francesca’s work is a simple but powerful belief: no one should have to struggle in silence or
believe they are alone. Sometimes, giving someone the words to understand what they’re feeling is the
first step to changing their life.
