Developing a Growth Mindset is a health and wellness workshop taught by Krista Stryker, Founder of the 12 Minute-Athlete, Author, and BTCF Board Member.
Krista will take you through specific movements and mindset techniques in this fun, action-oriented workshop. Participants will learn that no matter where they’re starting from, they can reach their individual goals by taking small action steps forward on a consistent basis. Krista will also provide helpful take-home tips to help support a growth mindset for kids, parents, and coaches throughout daily living.

For ages 12 and up. This workshop can be tailored to 1 hour, 90 minutes, 2 hours, or retreat.
