What: Heath & Wellness workshop can be tailored to 45 min, 1 hour, 90 min, 2 hours, day, or retreat
Goal: Learn how to work toward your health and fitness goals with consistent, deliberate practice and a growth mindset approach to learning new skills and abilities.
Audience: ages 11 – 18
Krista Stryker will take you through specific movements and mindset techniques in this fun, action-oriented workshop. Participants will learn that no matter where they’re starting from, they can reach their individual goals by taking small action steps forward on a consistent basis. Krista will also provide helpful take home tips to help support a growth mindset for kids, parents, and coaches throughout daily living.
