Finding Alice Photography Exhibit and Presentation by Debra Hopkins
Two Showings: 5 pm and 6:30 pm
“Finding Alice” is inspired by creator and writer Debra Hopkins’ experiences as a young girl with a disoriented sense of visual perception, commonly known as Alice in Wonderland Syndrome. She partnered with her good friend and world-renowned photographer, Amy Barnard to delve into it’s visual story.
Visually explore the realms of “Finding Alice” through an immersive experience that ta kes you inside her world and throughout her journey. How do you relate to Alice? How do you connect with the other characters, Jarvis and Rose? This exhibit aims to highlight the complexities of various emotions that we all encounter from time to time, challenging our perceptions of their value, truth, and reality. It invites you to explore beliefs and ultimately embrace the freedom that comes with self-discovery and the acceptance of one’s uniqueness.
In addition to the exhibit, Debra will share her personal story of growing up with a disoriented sense of visual perception, commonly known as Alice in Wonderland Syndrome.

Thank you to our partners!
