Courtney Hope is an actress, model, writer, fitness trainer/enthusiast, and philanthropist. She believes in the power of human connection and empathetic healing through honesty, broadening perspectives, openness, and artistry. Courtney has been a part of Breaking the Chains Foundation for four years as a board member and celebrity ambassador. Having suffered from an eating disorder in her late teens/early twenties, her recovery has led her to pursuing a life of education in fitness, nutrition, and healthy living. She stars as ‘Sally Spectra’ on the long-running CBS series The Young and the Restless, having played the role since 2017 starting on The Bold and the Beautiful.
