Courtney Hope Partners With Breaking The Chains Foundation to Stop Suicide

Courtney Hope (Sally Spectra, The Young and the Restless, and The Bold and the Beautiful) recently shared a heartfelt, personal, and informative message for National Suicide Prevention Month (September) in partnership with Breaking The Chains Foundation.

Hope serves as Board and Celebrity Ambassador for BTCF which is committed to the “prevention of body-focused and mental well-being stigma. Our mission is to use the power of art and expression to foster creativity, build connections, and create a community in which individuals are able to thrive by transforming research and personal stories into artistic programs aimed at increasing self-love, self-esteem, self-compassion, and self-awareness.”

In Hope’s message, she talks about her own personal struggles, shares important information, and offers encouragement and tips to those who are struggling and to those who know someone who is struggling.
