Karen holds a Master of Science in Organizational Development, dual undergraduate degrees in Commerce and Education, as well as the SHRM-SCP and CPHR credentials.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Karen has enjoyed a vibrant past as a dancer, musician, and athlete, all of which have contributed to her well-rounded perspective. Outstanding contributions to a variety of organizations have garnered respect and an honorary lifetime recognition for over 20 years of volunteerism in the artistic community.
