Karen Zarsky

Karen is an experienced senior leader in Human Resources, celebrated for her strategic insight and visionary initiatives. Throughout her extensive career, she has been responsible for fostering purpose-driven workplaces and spearheading award-winning organizational cultures, learning environments, and leadership development programs. She is passionate about creating thriving organizations through developing people and empowering them to reach their full potential. Karen holds a Master of Science in Organizational Development, dual undergraduate degrees in Commerce and Education, as well as the SHRM-SCP and CPHR credentials.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Karen has enjoyed a vibrant past as a dancer, musician, and athlete, all of which have contributed to her well-rounded perspective. Outstanding contributions to a variety of organizations have garnered respect and an honorary lifetime recognition for over 20 years of volunteerism in the artistic community. Karen is deeply impassioned by the transformative potential of arts and sports in the lives of children and youth, having lived such experiences herself.  She ardently believes that access to these opportunities is essential for holistic development and lifelong success.
